Basic and executive project of a covered swimming pool and an offices building.

The field of the project is in the municipal term of Tortosa, to the Low Ebro, and is of a part of the area delimited by the street Alcanyis to the north, the avenue of the Stadium to the east, Marcel Domingo Avenue to the west and the path of Codonyers to the south. The field of intervention, with a surface of 13.735m2, has an irregular morphology and a noticeably flat topography. At the present, the terrain is partially occupied for a covered swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool. The square Joaquim Bau works as a parking and no as a public space.
In the field of intervention we propose to build a group of buildings composed for 3 volumes with use and volumetric treatment differentiated:
1. Swimming pool covered - zone of public and swimming pool;
2. Swimming pool covered - zone of users and personal (changing rooms, spa/wellness, administration, gymnasium);
3. Administrative building - a local and bar/café in low plant, offices in the upper plants.
To the square Joaquim Bau we plan an underground parking of one floor, with 267 places and the future square Joaquim Bau, a multifunctional and flexible space for pedestrians.
