Competition. East Superior Technical Institute "ITSE". Analysis

The Competition consists in the study, design and construction of the East Superior Technical Institute, "ITSE" in Panama City.
The proposal stems from a thorough analysis of the site and landscape where it is considered the global and local situation of location, climatic and environmental conditions and the morphology of the terrain that leads us to determine the program guidelines and the functional concept of this new equipment.
A proposal that aims to have a direct dialogue with the environment due to optimum implementation in the area, considering all the environmental and landscape conditions, with all the architectural parameters in design and in relation to the functional characteristics and program in addition to the environmental and ecological conditions , energy saving, use of natural light, renewable energy, and waste management.
