Basic Project and Execution of the Reform and expansion of the Local Police Station, Castell Playa De Aro, Gerona. Spain
The purpose of the project is the drafting of the basic and executive project for carrying out the interior reform and expansion works of the Castell - Playa de Aro y S'Agaró Local Police Station.
The Playa de Aro Local Police building, which is more than 10 years old, has maintained correct operation at all times, but the needs of the local Police force make it advisable to reform the interior and take some of the interior spaces to an expansion of the construction on the rooftop.
To comply with accessibility regulations and to enable the use of the building by all people, the installation of an elevator platform on the scale from the first floor to the new second floor is proposed, where previously only service spaces and facilities were housed.
The interior renovation does not affect the exterior image of the building
