Preliminary study for Sports Center

The sports center is an isolated building, binds to the existing building by a ramp that connects the spectators area and the sports court with it.
Functionally the existing changing rooms in the athletic complex will be used for the new sports center, thus we won't built any new ones.

We keep the existing main entrance the facility in the northern part of the new sports center, and we design a second connection through the green area to access either in the spectators area or to the existing changing rooms, through a new linear pergola along the north facade of the new building.
On the south side is enabled an access for vehicles that, through a ramp on the eastern façade, has a direct access to the court, allowing easy access for maintenance or for possible events.

The building is a unique volume of 51x41m, plus the small connection volumes that conect with the existing building. The pavilion has two levels, the level of the sports court that for topographical reasons would be at the height +141.00, and the perimetral spectators area is at elevation +142.00.
