Center for Art, Music and Concert Hall. Option 2. Panama

Panama Center for Art, Music and Concert Hall will be a multipurpose building, a Cultural and Training Center with two concert halls: a main hall of 2,000 seats and a second one of 1,000 seats, which will also work as a music school (together with the necessary annexes: rehearsal rooms, etc.), art galleries and workshops for a plastic and visual arts school, library / media library, offices, classrooms and meeting and work rooms, as well as all the spaces and annexes necessary for their good performance.

As a previous space, the building has a large urban foyer: a covered plaza, with space for art schools (painting-sculpture-music), a library, congress halls, restoration areas and commercial spaces which, with vegetation and furniture, turn an attractive and cozy space.
The exterior will have a landscape treatment of urban park, a wide green esplanade that is divided into different exterior areas related to the arts and will also have an underground parking with two levels.
