Residential complex - blocks of flats in the PAU-17 sector of Vilafranca del Penedès. Preliminary study
The PAU-17 “Farinera Almirall” Sector is a street block located in a central area of Vilafranca, between the streets of Igualada, Pere Alegret and Doctor Zamenhof. The approved urban improvement plan provides for the construction of 65 dwellings in blocks of flats with 3-4 floors, with underground parking and commercial premises on the ground floor.
The preliminary building study is accompanied by the proposal for re-parcelling and the landscape project for the open spaces: the park-square at the centre of the block, vital space of the future residential complex.
