Executive Project of a Housing building for 80 dwellings and 9 commercial spaces in Mas Iglesias urbanization in Reus. Tarragona.
The assignment consists in a executive project for a housing building in Reus, Tarragona and the design had to mold to a partly already constructed structure.
The building has a total surface of 13.365m2 and has 9 business spaces on the ground floor and of 80 dwellings distributed in 4 plants. We project 10 cores of stairs and each one leads to 2 dwellings for plant.
It consists of almost an entire block that presents a center with a swimming pool and respective solarium, children's games and a small garden for the tenants.
