The project is developed in 14 single-family houses in row, in groups of 6 houses, 1 of 5 houses and one more of 3 houses.
The difference exists in the total constructed area of the houses and in small variations of distribution to improve the direction according to the case.
The project contains 8 houses between others (type 2D and 2E) with area of 140.15m2 projected each one; and 6 houses in the ends (type 3D and 3E) of 142.99m2.
All the houses are designed following a functional plan composed by cellar floor, ground floor, first floor and covered. The ground floor has a entrance hall, living and dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, and a room. The first floor composed by 3 rooms and two baths. The cellar floor contains the parking. In covered plant the box of stairs is anticipated solely to have access to the terrace.
