Previous study for a Housing Building in Calderón Street, Sabadell. Barcelona.
The assignment consists in the previous study for a building of housings in Sabadell, Barcelona.
The study is presented with several options for the utilization of the volume.
The building has ground floor more 4 plants type, has 4 housings for plant with a body of stairs and two courts in the centre.
Respect to the ground floor we present 2 possible options:
The hypothesis A has 1 plant of parking and for that reason it has a ramp of access to the same one of 3m.
With these conditions, we presented the options of ground floor with 4 housings, ground floor with mezzanine with 4 housings and ground floor with mezzanine with 2 business spaces.
The hypothesis B has 3 plants of parking and for that reason it has a ramp of access to the same one of 5,4m.
With these conditions, we presented the options of ground floor with 4 housings and ground floor with mezzanine with 2 housings and 1 business space.
Both options of ground floor have the same 4 plants type with different possibilities of interior typologies, differentiated in A-B-C-D.
