The object of the execution project is a building located in the historic center of Segovia, part of an iconic complex from 1963, known as the Savings Bank Building.
The mission of the project is to recover the residential use of the upper floors, according to current standards, also improving the overall accessibility of the building.
At the attic, which is a mansard-type floor, the project proposes 2 Nordic-style apartments, with a flexible and semi-open distribution of the main rooms and with window openings located at different heights, dynamizing the indoor space.
