Preliminary study - Residential buildings in the PMU-06 sector Camí de la Font – Rentadors St, Palamós
The PMU-06 sector is located in the urban growth area of Palamós, surrounded on three sides by another planning sector, with a similar building typology (alignment to the street).
The development objective of the sector is to transform the existing urban planning model, changing the current uses to a residential model, with a public green area in the center of the sector.
The preliminary study proposes an architecture adapted to the site, with an efficient and flexible envelope and an equally adaptable interior distribution of the 80 homes.
Officially protected housing units are part of the built complex, with the same design characteristics as the rest (free market housing).
