This project is part of an order of 85 houses, as it was projected by phases. This would be "D" stage, where 3 buildings with 24 apartments were developed.
The project is developed in 3 buildings of 8 apartments distributed in PB+3 and 2 apartments by floor, with one underground communitarian parking.
The apartments have an equal program of necessities for all the cases, with a single difference to the areas of the apartments of ground floor with respect to the rest of floors, to allow the access from the street to the communitarian stairs.
All the apartments are developed following a functional program in floor made up of a hall, living and dinning room, kitchen, 3 rooms and 2 baths.
