Previous study for a dwellings building in Vergós street, Barcelona.
The order consists of a previous study for the transformation of an hotel to a dwellings building in Barcelona as well as the creation of a new facade.
We propose several options to take advantage of the volume of the plants.
From one side, there are two variants of the ground floor, one mixed with two dwellings and a retail space, and the other with three dwellings.
The upper plants had been developed according to two models, one with night area in facade, which reduces circulations in the floor, and the other with the day area in facade.
The two models proposed an option with or without terraces which also means two or three rooms. In both cases, they are apartments with generous measures, quality and versatile spaces, that allow certain personalization in order of the client style.
They are organized according to a scheme of day and night and each space is associated with a strip of service in the blind volume part.
