All the houses are designed following a functional plan composed by cellar floor, ground floor, first floor and covered. The ground floor has a entrance hall, living and dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, and a lanundry. The first floor composed by 4 rooms and two baths. The cellar floor contains the parking. In covered floor
the box of stairs is anticiped to have access to the terrace.
