The elements which determine the geometry of the project are the orientation and the established building limits in relation with public and private exterior spaces.
The project propose to take advantage of the site conditions through a module house type which matches the specific needs of state housing (internal space use, grouping installations, space flexibility, etc.) incorporating sustainable criteria and energy saving principles (good rooms orientation, cross ventilation, thermic façade treatment, solar panels, etc.)
We establish a 6 house per floor distribution with 2 vertical circulation cores, making strips which divide each building in 3 areas.
This distribution emphasize the external visual impact though a more sculptural volume. The central community garden is designed as a link vegetal table, which allows rest areas and respect the existing trees.
