Cervantes 22 - Detailed Construction Project. Conversion to residential use of a multi-use building. Segovia
The object of the execution project is a building located in the historic center of Segovia, part of an iconic complex from 1963, known as the Savings Bank Building.
The mission of the project is to recover the residential use of the upper floors, but according to current standards, also improving the overall accessibility of the building.
The design prioritizes the conservation of the facades and the roof with attics. 14 housing units with 1-4 bedrooms are proposed, with flexible distribution (kitchen open to the dining room, which can be made independent) and a single living-dining room space.
Apart from the characteristic recovered function (residential use), on the ground floor of the building (first floor of the initial project) we find commercial premises and the bank branch.
