Preliminary study for a building under construction in Reus. Tarragona
The project site is located in the urbanization Mas Iglesias in Reus, Tarragona.
It's the block between the streets Joan Salvat, Pau Gargalllo, Manuel Hugue and the road to Salou and is included in the specific amendment of the General Plan Review, under which it is permitted to build:
80 free apartments, 10 public apartments for sale or 20 public apartments for rent.
According with the Partial Plan conditions we proposed: 20 free apartments and 5 public apartments per floor with a total of 100 apartments. We also proposed a hotel of 27 rooms per floor with a total of 108 units.
We projected 3 different apartments typologies with 2 and 3 bedrooms.
