The project is developed in 5 mix-use buildings, connected all of them at the underground level by a community parking lot.
At ground level, the commercial spaces are located towards the N-340 road, and in the rest of the buildings, as well as the upper levels, the different types of apartments are placed. The community gardens and the swimming pool are located at the core of the buildings open towards the sea and the archaeological roman site nearby.
All the apartment units are designed following a functional plan composed by entrance hall, living and dinning room, kitchen, laundry room, 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Some units are developed in one floor, others in two and the upper ones have a direct connection to private terraces trough internal stairs, spreading the range of options towards the final customer.
