Preliminary project for a multi-family Block with parking, commercial premises and public free spaces at PMU-07, Camino de la Font Sur, Palamós, Girona. Spain

A green, innovative and emblematic building is proposed with a setback volumetric section with open spaces, patios and gardens.
It is centrally located in the PMU-07 area and in the area closest to the sea of the new planned development, being the first to determine the character of the area as a benchmark for quality, style and global vision.
Typologies, a variety of personalized and adaptable homes with landscaped terraces, exclusive services; high-quality details and urban vision are combined.
In this study, three interior distribution options are proposed.
