Housing building. 20 apartments, comercial area and underground parking. Salt, Girona.
The project is designed as a housing building with an underground parking and four commercial spaces on the ground floor.
The first floor has four flats with private terraces over the ground floor. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors have standard floors of 4 apartments. The 5th floor, has the same scheme as the others but with the possibility of access to private terraces on the roof through internal stairs.
All the apartments were designed following a functional programme composed by reception hall, living-dinning room, kitchen, laundry room, 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
