Integral rehabilitation of multi-family building in Blanes. Girona
The project intention is to transform an old building into a modern edification in the maritime promenade in Blanes. The multi-family building is just by the sea, so the idea is to renovate the visual impact of the architectural surrounding.
In this way the project affects the totally of the construction, keeping the existing structure. It will be adapted the hole interior of the building, the technical systems and the façade using new and modern materials to make the building an architectural reference in the maritime promenade.
