Basic project for a residential building in Sant Adrià del Besós, Barcelona.
The plot is located in the renewed area of Fòrum - Diagonal Mar, at the eastern part of the city of Barcelona.
The project is a new construction block composed by 3 buildings with different heights according to the regulations, and with a total of 72 apartments.
The first building, facing Llull Street, has 5 upper floors and an attic, and the second and the third have only 4 upper floors for dwellings.
The design aims to create a new housing concept, a product based on the "vital space" understood as a private exterior space within the apartment, which has the properties of being flexible and adaptable.
The variety of the apartment's typologies goes from 2 to 4 rooms.
The ground floor hosts retail spaces and the basement a community car park.
