Residential complex with 12 housing units on Migjorn Street, in Teià

The preliminary study proposes the construction of a residential complex with 6 small independent buildings that house a total of 12 luxury apartments, 2 per block (ground floor and first floor), with independent access, underground parking and private spaces on the roof.
The project is developed in a privileged location, between the sea and an extensive green area of Mediterranean pine forest. The plot has a marked topography, with a longitudinal slope (north-south) of 19% and transverse slopes of 18-30%. This topography is an ideal base for terraced design, which allows us to take advantage of the views towards the sea and the surrounding green areas.
The volumes are arranged in a staggered manner, adapting to the slope, allowing us to preserve the profile of the land and at the same time guarantee privileged and unobstructed views from all the apartments. In the free space of the plot, 2 outdoor common areas with swimming pools are planned, leisure spaces for the shared use of residents. Each area includes a swimming pool surrounded by rest areas with hammocks, pergolas and vegetation providing shade and privacy.
