Completion of a residential building in Terrassa, Barcelona. Detailed Execution Project
The project aims to complete a multi-family building with 17 homes, with commercial premises and two floors of underground parking, located at Rambla Francesc Macià, 224, in Terrassa.
The 6-storey structure was executed in 2006.
The implementation project adapts to the existing structure and defines the necessary tasks that need to be carried out in order to achieve the program envisaged in the initial project, optimizing the distribution of the housing units and designing the building skin and the facilities aiming to improve the energy efficiency of the building.
