Preliminary study for Montecarlos real estate, Cala Tarida. Ibiza
The proposal is developed according to the imputs of the current real estate market and a product concept that refers to the reinterpretation of traditional Ibizan house.
Typology for a traditional architecture of these homes, valued highly and with great appeal and interest to the user in general is adopted.
15 houses of 1000m2 approximately each, are articulated through volumes and appropriate the territory scenically arranged.
