Design Development Project for a set of 5 residential buildings in Creixell
The purpose of this Design Development is the completion of a set of 5 multi-family buildings with 76 homes with commercial premises and underground parking on a plot located in the maritime district of Creixell, just below the N-340 road. The land is located in a consolidated urban area with dominant residential use known as Racó del Cèsar Sud. The structure of the buildings, executed in 2008, currently exists on the plot.
The 5 building bodies are connected at basement level by a community parking lot with 81 spaces, one of them adapted.
On the ground floor, commercial premises are distributed in the part of the building that faces the N-340 road, and on the rest, both on the ground floor and upper floors, housing is proposed, some on a single floor and others of the duplex type.
The 76 homes are developed following a functional program composed of a living room-dining room-kitchen, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, corridor and, depending on the case, hall, laundry room and staircase. All have balconies and, in some cases, have their own terrace (ground floor and apartments with access to the terrace on the roof of the building).
