The project includes a huge ambit of 286,5 ha inside the municipality of Aznalcázar, nearby the city of Sevilla.
This private proposal to make a touristic complex includes a Golf Course of 18 holes, an Ecuestrian Center and residential areas with 3.438 houses, some of them subsidized.
The principal idea is to creat a singular place and recover the landscapes elements, because of this, the proposal has a huge green belt reserve around the building areas.
It is considered to build as well with the residential areas many public equipments like sport areas, social and cultural facilities.
The private residential areas will be inside the golf course and nearby the pitch and putt course, the hotel resort.
