Finca Villa Padierna Residential Resort. La Romera, Benahavis, Malaga. Preliminary study and architectural concepts
The scope of the project is the SUR sector S-9, an exclusive residential area near Marbella. The proposal of the preliminary study includes 19 houses and 29 apartments.
The project explores the concept of a Mediterranean village adapted to steep terrain with spectacular panoramic views. The main spaces of the houses are studied separately, as autonomous units, looking for a concept for each piece, and then they are articulated by juxtaposition or with pergolas, porches and other transition spaces, generating a flexible and very open volumetry.
