Masterplan and touristic development for the area of Amador en Panama City.
The Masterplan will make the integral diagnosis and recommendations of all the plans and studies conducted by different institutions in the area of Amador. With the aim to achieve the balance between the optimum use of the land and his valuation, we formulate a proposal to ordinate the space in Amador, in accordance with the interests of the State in matter of investment, oriented to the needs of the tourists and to the well-being of the residents.
Identify best uses and optimum intensities in Amador, as well as the instruments of management of the urban soil that contribute to achieve this purpose.
The main objective of the Master Plan will be the location of all proposed activities of the consultancy study in a Plan that provides value and quality of urban planning, landscape and architecture and at the same time, consider all the existing values. They concretize and hierarchy the spaces by means of a global proposal with integral character, defining the spaces and his strategic disposal in the Plan, such as: Spaces for Equipment, Public Spaces, building and streets.
Among the main actions of the masterplan, we can name the new cruise terminal, the fair park, the project for filling area, the new causeway marina, the biodiversity park as well as some parking at the Islands level.
