Residential complex, Arcos de la Frontera.

The project area of 3.9 hectares is a part of the Fain farm, located next to the Arcos Garden golf club complex, in Arcos de la Frontera, in the Spanish province of Cadiz.
Together with the reform and extension of the farm itself with new hotel and meetings buildings, we propose the realization of a residential complex of high-level architecture and landscape. The 120 houses provided for the Fain estate management plan, are replaced by 47 detached houses divided into 3 types. The intention is to evaluate the place and propose an intervention in harmony with the environment and with a low environmental impact.
Related to the two perimeter axes we propose new transversal roads that enter into the area and serve new buildings. Each of these new roads, six in total, ends in a square flanked by houses.
Vegetation penetrates between the houses creating a visual protection between them. Is respected and appreciated the natural aspect of the site as it is today. We use trees of the place and we create natural areas.
