Competition_ Masterplan and basic project of the residential community lumine
LUMINE is a residential community with vocation of sustainability, where the houses integrate , of logical and coherent way, in a system of activities and in some surroundings of big landscape value.
The proposal pretends maximize and respect the surroundings by means of a good landscape integration.
One comprehensive analysisof all these points involves the knowledge of the place and therefore the generation of a coherent intervention, respectful and sensitive to the characteristic of the terrain.
Once analysed the environmental values and the physical and landscape characteristics of the place, have determined 4 zones or areas for the creation of a multicenter, everyone with a potential value.
The objective is to define a diversity of products that will enhance and will keep to the maximum the character of Lumine Mediterrànea Beach
