Reform and Expansion Proposals for three-star Resort
The reform and expansion proposals for the Resort considers eight areas of architectural and landscape interventions.
New units of bungalows are created, incorporating a new typology with a new modular construction system, efficient and sustainable; and also an additional proposal for existing buildings.
The free space aims to generate new areas of leisure, recreation and restoration.
The protected area, dunes that are part of the resort, are protected and it is recovered as a new landscape area.
