Preliminary study for resort with water park in Filfila, Skikda. Algeria

The 4ha plot is located in a residential area with a wooded landscape and close to the sea.
The proposal is divided into four basic areas:
Access: Locate in the northeast corner is an elliptical space for easy access with the car. It controls the access to the water park and apartments.

The waterpark: Based on the 7 world wonders. A central axis crosses the waterpark leaving the water attractions to one side and in the other a sheet of water as a filter between the park and the residential area. Two paths cross the water and connect with the restaurant.

Restaurants: semi-buried they are located parallel to the water surface to save the different levels between the Aquaparc and residential area. They have a green and practicable roof.

The apartments: They follow the topography to take benefit of the good views. The residential typology is inspired by the local culture and the Mediterranean architecture.
