Preliminary study for a tourist village in Skikda. Algeria
The proposal involves the creation of a tourist village comprising 304 bungalows or apartments, restaurants, terraces, beach clubs, and sports playing fields, parking lots, parks and gardens on a plot of 15.2 hectares, located at west ZET Larbi Ben M'Hidi in the city of Skikda.
Outside the bungalows, which are the main part of the project, other structures and spaces where visitors find services offered to pass the time pleasantly. Here, they will combine relaxation, sports and recreation in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
