The proposal deals with the transformation of a current camping into a new resort that will have a 171-room hotel, swimming pools, a beach club, a spa and wellness center, a convention center, parkings and gardens.
The buildings and pools are positioned perpendicular to the sea taking advantage of the views and staggered, following the levels of the natural terrain as criteria of landscape integration.
