Preliminary project for a mountain resort
The field of the project is approximately 4 hectares. The Resort is inspired, as a global concept, in similar facilities located at mountain resorts and elite unique equipment: Hotel Royal in Evian-Les-Baines, France, Arosa Kulm Hotel and Alpine Spa in Arosa, Switzerland, Hotel les Sources des Alpes in Leukerbad, Switzerland, Hotel Therme a Vals, Switzerland.
Four building stripes, parallels to the contour lines, follow the sinuous profile of the terrain. Each Strip have different uses, but the overall picture of the whole is unitary, attempting to integrate - are in the surroundings of the mountain, camouflaging is among the vegetation.
The intended uses are:
·hotel 5* of 10.774,26 m2
·spa and beauty farm of 2.779,68
·touristic apartments of 14.998,41
·touristic centre of 1.194,25 m2
