The project proposes to create a new structure for the seafront as well for the surrounding buildings. We arrange the pedestrian precicnt assuring the continuity of the maritime promenade, creating a new way to use the forested area of the seafront.
We propose a new maritime-spa inside the wood forest, with pedestrian and rest areas using natural materials according to the environment. Trough the characteristics of the geometry and the landscape values a singular ambient is creating which integrates the visitor with the place.
Besides the project proposal include an architectural rehabilitation of the exsiting buildings, transforming them into a new hotel complex with all the quality services of a five star resort complex.
