The project is located in the ancient Sherman military area in the Colón's region, to the north of the Panama channel, on the western side of the Channel, opposite the city of Colón. It is bathed by the Carribean sea in the northern part and by the Lemon Bay on the western part.
The total area of intervention is of 3.360Ha and the useful area of construction is of 547Ha, with 7.900m of coast.
We work with the landscape trying the exchange and the mutual understanding, the definition, the integration and mimesis, and the union and permeability of the natural present elements, such as water, land and vegetation.
It is a masterpan in which we are defining the possible uses which: hotels, residential zones, services, trades, parks.
