The complex is located nearby the Andalusian town of Guadix, 59 km from the city of Granada, with spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The project provides to the municipality of Guadix of a new 1st class tourist area: an urban development under the concept of a Eco-tourist, hotel and residential complex.

It is about the construction of a golf course as centre of tourist attraction and reference element for the location of the rest of the complex.
The rest of the program is formed by public and private equipment buildings, housing and apartment areas, hotel and commercial area and an equestrian high level centre.

A special care is done in the ecological profile of the complex, trough waste recycling with a water plant to the use of solar energy in their constructions.
A huge green belt contains the whole project and matches with the limits of rural use land.
