New housing concept. Canillo
The terrain of the project is approximately 4 hectares.
The zoning plan divides the general plot in several plots and the 2 streets, which pass through the ground, separate it in 3 areas.
We propose residential use to the North and to the South, and the hotel use in the central area. The idea is that the fragmentation of the plan is qualified thanks to an open space project and thanks to an architectural concept that covers all the intervention and transforms a conglomerate of singular interventions into a unitary system.
We create a new housing product based on the flexibility and adaptability to match the diversity of potential users.
We propose that the houses have a vital space, where is possible to do several activities including the traditional eating and living, services and rooms.
In the same dwelling it's possible to vary the size of the vital space respect of the others instances according to the needs of different users: floor with 3, 2 or 1 room and larger vital space. The living space is also intended as an outdoor private space with access to the outside (terrace) that contains different filters that turn it outer or inner: the terrace may be all the space or hardly exist.
