Expansion Hotel Cala del Pi - Platja d'Aro. Basic project
The project expands the Cala del Pi hotel by 15 suite-type rooms, with terraces and small pools for private use.
2 independent buildings are planned, consisting of a ground floor and 2 floors. The roof will be flat and accessible from the rooms on the second floors.
Outdoor swimming pools are projected outside, integrated into the environment and respecting the current topography as much as possible. The pools adapt to the terrain forming different vessels, reducing the walls to the maximum on the natural terrain, in no case do they exceed the maximum height of one meter above the natural terrain.
The open space of the plot will be left as natural as possible while maintaining the character of the current pine forest, which is why the minimum number of trees will be affected.
