Park of Facilities and Gardens. Competition for the construction of a mixed facility (CAP, local police, social services) in Guadix

The project proposes to implement a new prototype of Smart City structured as a Residential and Tourist Agropark on a 276Ha land, in Guadix, Granada.
The concept includes a Sustainable Q certificate, a sustainability seal for Constructions (buildings, offices, factories, houses, urbanizations) and events/activities, so that they are an example of sustainability that is also economically viable; the creation of an agri-food research center in the field of sustainable, ecological, resilient agriculture adapted to climate change; smart farms and stables that ensure that animals are fed in accordance with the official "Organic Farming" quality label.
It is also planned to integrate 1,700 homes in an agricultural environment and create a tourist development inspired by the Andalusian tradition, which combines the old and the new: a hotel complex that recreates the meeting of Al-Andalusian civilizations of the Nasrid kingdom of Granada.
