Reform project of the Sant Vicenç estate in Raimat, Lleida.

The project field is the estate of Sant Vicenç of 300 hectares, located within the zone of Raimat, in the province of Lleida, Catalonia.
The reform of the built set starts from outside where the five tours of the landscape converge, articulating gardens and esplanades and generating a direct approach with the territory. This place is the starting point of the routes and its thematic synthesis, as well as the connection of this with the built set that is planned as a "lodge".
In particular:
- A building contains reception and restoration with living spaces and cafeteria;
- B building contains a programme of leisure and culture related to the work spaces of D building;
- C building contains the rooms as well as common living rooms and it relates to the spa;
- D building contains working spaces. 9 meeting rooms and a business corner;
- E building proposes 7 detached villas with private vineyards overlooking patio.
Some pergolas articulate the different volumes and help to link the central space with the lake area.
