Montserrada III Partial Plan Preliminary Study; Technological Park and Geriatric Residence, Peralada, Gerona. Spain

The proposal is part of the “Montserrada Integral” Special Plan made up of 3 areas.
Between the growth area of the municipality, with scattered facilities and the golf course with its high-level residences, this new area is proposed; a technological cluster or innovation park that will be made up of a group of companies and public and private facilities oriented towards high technology and adapted to the knowledge economy.
It is designed as a space dedicated to excellence that will invigorate the local economy by creating a very high level business and labor value.
For the layout of the building, the urban, and physical and landscape conditions of the area are studied. Different volumes are arranged in the western part that will be part of a large technological park and in the eastern area a geriatric residence with a primary care center.
