Oasis Tourist Complex - Hotels, Villages and Waterpark. Skikda, Algeria.
On a plot of 4 ha located between the cities of Skikda and Filfila, next to the beach, it is proposed to build a resort with hotel, residences, water park and family park.
The place is noted for its scenic potential: Lookout for its elevated position, easy access from the road, a steep slope which is used to design the park aquático (slides and attractions that follow the slope of the land) views. At the same time, this is a complexity of design from the point of view of circulation and accessibility, working out with ramps, stairs, paths and walkways contectan the different functional areas.
The program includes a hotel, a nightclub, shops, parking, three apartment buildings and outdoor theater. The architectural style of the set is a combination of visual elements on both sides of the Mediterranean.
