A large green space, a monumental atrium suitable to accommodate crowds, while accentuating the magnificence of the building as well as acting as a landscape cushion with the neighboring buildings.
It is proposed the use of draining and sustainable materials for the pavements and the use of native vegetation of low maintenance.
