Landscape and territorial project in Sant Vicenç estate in Raimat, Lleida.

The project field is the estate of Sant Vicenç of 300 hectares, located within the zone of Raimat, in the province of Lleida, Catalonia.
The objective of the landscape project, as well as the architectural proposal is to rise as Raimat can become a unique tourist and entertainment destination, where the use of the values of its landscape for the tourist experience can build a project of interest which starts from the finca Sant Vicenç.
Accordingly to the landscape study in which we analysed and detected the constituent elements of the site and its structure, we have developed a project of territorial scope based on five landscape units: water plan, vineyard viewpoint, wind valley, Raimat door and among vineyards.
Each landscape unit contain a route to approach and enjoy the specific landscape, materialized through thematic activities, materials and vegetation those change in each one in relation to its essence.
These five routes converge in the area closest to the building, articulating gardens and esplanades and generating a direct approach with the landscape that surrounds it. This place is the starting point of the itineraries and its thematic synthesis.
