Competition. Draft Construction of the "Anella Mediterránia" of the Mediterranean Games of Tarragona. 2017. 4th. Area of Intervention: The Mediterranean Garden
A shade area with dense trees and a steep slope of the terrain is projected. It forms the visual edge of the lake to the northwest and a visual barrier to the logistics area north of the area.
As detail enhancement project, we propose several paths that adapt to the topography, to improve accessibility and comfort of pedestrians.
The vegetation is wooded grove Mediterranean forest with few roads of permeable paving, among the trees with static spaces where the users can enjoy various outdoor activities.
The proposal was developed in conjunction with the practices SET engineers, Factors of Paisatge and Aquambiente.
