A new "living area" is proposed in the Badalona Marina as the finish point of the existing promenade, a "palm grove" that will become a new point of reference as a public space.
The proposed trees are Palms, Washingtonia Filifera, arranged strategically on top of the structure of the underground parking, as well as lighting and furniture.
For the pavement, printed and coloured concrete is proposed as a material that forms lines in different shades.
