The project is limited by Menedez y Pelayo street on one side, and Rubió i Ors street on the other side. The plaza has also connection with Mare de Déu de Montserrat street and Josep Gelabert passage. The best option for the main access to the underground parking was from Rubió i Ors street which is also one of the most important roads in the city of Cornellà.
The parking building has two floors with an average depth excavation of 6.55mts. The total built construction per floor was 1,530.49m2. The structure is done by screen walls of 45 and 60cm thickness according to the neighbour buildings. The foundation system is a solid slate of steel concrete of 60cm thickness with concrete columns and a pre-casting slabs system.
